Music updates

The fan-circle form collects your name, email and explicit consent for Ash & Oath music updates. A confirmation link verifies your address before subscription. Signup and consent records are stored in After the Action Challenge’s system. Confirmation and welcome emails are sent through Resend using a verified sending domain.

Music subscriptions are separate from general ATA fundraising and event lists. Use the unsubscribe link in your welcome or update email, or contact annie@aftertheaction.org for removal, access or deletion requests.

Optional activity counts

If you allow analytics, we record aggregate daily counts for page visits, audio and video starts and completions, signup submissions and outbound donation, merchandise and listening-platform clicks. A song identifier and sanitized campaign source may be included. We do not record your email, full page query string or a persistent visitor identifier in these counts. Counts represent actions, not unique people or verified payments.

Playback and technical requests

Device storage remembers your playback position and collection so you can return to a song. Playback resumes only after you choose play. Hosting providers may process technical logs. To limit abuse, the signup and counting endpoints store a hash of a network address and hourly bucket; the raw address is not stored in those records.

The share action uses your browser’s sharing or clipboard feature. It does not publish a public feed. External stores, donation pages and listening services have their own policies. Listening is available without an account. Listening does not transfer ownership or commercial rights.
